2. Double click FieldExUtil.exe in the directory of C:\Program Files\Unipass\Rainbow\ KeyUpdateTool\FieldExUtil_11 for the key number starting with 11 (eg. 11029). An alternative way to launch this program (for Key number satarting with 11) would be: from the Start menu, point to Programs > UNIPASS V5.51 >Key FieldExUtil. For key numbers not starting with 11, double click FieldExUtil.exe in the directory of C:\ProgramFiles\Unipass\ Rainbow\KeyUpdateTool\ FieldExUtil_10. The Field Exchange Utility Dialog Window will then appear on the screen.

5. Success Window Click "OK" to finish updating of the license.

6. If you do not have a new license code from PredictionProbe, Inc., please contact PredictionProbe to purchase a new license. If your hardware key does not have an identified number, you need to provide a locking code for your key to PredictionProbe in order to generate a new license code. To obtain a locking code of your key, click the button of "Get Locking Code" in the Field Exchange Utility Window as shown in Step 5. The locking code appears in the top field. Send the locking code to PredictionProbe, Inc. Wait to continue the update process as shown in Step 5, until you have received the updated license code from PredictionProbe.

7. To View the current license end date, double click the "License Key Data" option of the Help drop down menu in the main window of the UNIPASS program as shown in the Figure 1.15
